Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to engage experienced school administrators who will help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

We seek candidates with 4+ years in K-12 teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration, with direct ownership of curriculum planning and parent communications, plus expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship and meticulous written communication.

• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced school administrators who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for school administrators with 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, parent-teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement and professional development materials.

Compensation:

$80/hour

Commitment:

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location:

Fully remote, work on your own schedule
