Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced K-12 educators to train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week, fully remote scheduling, and compensation at $80 per hour with a weekly cap of $1,600.

Start date is ASAP. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration, with ownership of curriculum planning and parent communications, and exceptional document craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, and pacing guides for AI training tasks.
• Produce parent conference notes, progress narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement materials.

Pay: $80/hr, up to $1.6k/week

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced educators who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.We're looking for K-12 teaching and school leadership professionals with 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, parent-teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement and professional development materials.
Compensation: $80/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Qualifications:

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration experience in a K-12 environment
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
