You'll oversee the assembly, inspection, and preparation of FPV headset components, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to production standards. You’ll manage a team of assemblers, drive operational consistency, and act as the point of escalation for quality or workflow issues. This role requires leadership, hands‑on understanding of headset assembly, and a commitment to developing your team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision is non-negotiable.

This role is performed in a manufacturing and electronics assembly environment with ESD controls. Supervisors are expected to be hands‑on and actively support the team while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production protocols.
