Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) is seeking a highly organized Web Project Manager to join our Web Strategy & Social Media team in Palo Alto. You will coordinate a major website development initiative, including headless CMS implementation, reporting to the team lead who drives the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project coordinator for the major website development initiative, including headless CMS implementation; build timelines, milestones, phase gates, and sequence deliverables.
• Manage vendor relationships and hold external partners accountable to commitments; organize status meetings, document actions, track deliverables and escalations.
• Build strong relationships with Web & Social, Marketing, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders; act as the communication hub throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze user needs and business requirements for new features; coordinate with technology teams to define technical requirements and write test cases.
• Perform QA testing on website features, develop test plans, document bugs, and verify fixes with developers and vendors.
