Camping World is seeking an Engineering Manager for ecommerce to lead a headless migration from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Next.js and Vercel. You will coach a ~10-person distributed team across the US, Mexico, and India, while also writing production code and shaping architecture.

You will tie engineering work to business value and drive AI adoption across the SDLC, ensuring SEO, performance, and reliability across multiple brands during peak seasons.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a player-coach or engineering manager role
• Hands-on coding ability with production-grade systems
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefront development, cartridges and APIs
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries/time zones
• Track record running production eCommerce platforms at scale with peak season readiness
• Ability to translate engineering work into measurable business value

Responsabilidades

• Lead a distributed team of engineers across the US, Mexico, and India
• Own the headless migration from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Next.js + Vercel
• Write production code and review PRs alongside the team
• Prototype complex migration patterns for the headless storefront
• Ensure SEO, URL structures, performance, and analytics integrity during migrations
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture on API and integration patterns
• Lead AI adoption across the SDLC with guardrails and standards
• Manage vendor/contractor partners and staffing decisions
• Maintain observability, incident response, and site reliability across brands
• Align engineering work with business goals like conversion and revenue
