Qualifications

• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, gauges or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cold forming/header equipment to meet specs.
• Measure parts during production using precision tools.
• Load materials, adjust tooling, and verify machine settings.
• Monitor operations, troubleshoot malfunctions and perform minor maintenance.
• Document quality data and production records accurately.
