Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years coaching tennis experience.
• Current CPR, AED and first aid certification.
• Must pass NCAA Division III Coaches Test.
• Large Van certification within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Commitment to community and belonging.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background checks completed successfully.
• Position involves working with minors.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment vision to attract elite student-athletes.
• Lead team development, mentoring assistants, and align athletic with academic standards.
• Maintain high graduation rates and holistic student well-being.
• Develop revenue-generating initiatives and fundraising in partnership with Advancement.
• Ensure NCAA, conference, and institutional compliance and manage program operations.
