Albright College, a vibrant and growing institution, is seeking a dynamic full-time head coach to lead the Women’s Basketball program.
The Women’s Basketball coach will be responsible for all aspects of the program including the day-to-day operations of the Women’s Basketball program. This includes on court coaching responsibilities; fundraising for the program; off campus and on campus recruiting; manage use of Front Rush; film breakdown and scouting report preparation; skill development of players; oversee academic progress of team; social media for the team; and summer camps and clinics for basketball. Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference.
Essential Job Functions:
Qualifications/Prerequisites:
1. COMMUNICATION: Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to maintain team pages.
2. SKILLS: Playing and/or coaching basketball necessary. Computer experience in game film and recruiting databases preferred.
3. EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE: Coaching experience at the high school or college level.
4. EDUCATION: College degree or equivalent required.
5. LICENSES: Drivers license required. Child clearances required.
