Lebanon Valley College is seeking a head women’s basketball coach to lead the program, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and budget management. The role requires a commitment to academic and athletic excellence, with a preference for candidates with head coaching experience.
Lebanon Valley College, a NCAA Division III member of the MAC Freedom Conference is accepting applications for the position of head women’s basketball coach. Reporting to the director of athletics, the head women’s basketball coach is responsible for the direction of the women’s basketball program; the recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student athletes; supervision of the coaching staff; budget management; on-court coaching; and cultivation of alumni.
The successful candidate will also be assigned a secondary responsibility by the director of athletics. A commitment to academic and athletic excellence and adherence to all rules and regulations set forth by Lebanon Valley College, the NCAA, and the MAC Freedom Conference is essential. Qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree is preferred; a minimum of five year’s collegiate coaching experience with head coaching experience preferred and a commitment to inclusive excellence.
