Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold CPR certification.
• Complete NFHS concussion training.
• Complete mandatory reporter training.
• Finish an approved 55-hour coaching course.

Responsibilities

• Develop a competitive program aligned to district guidelines.
• Teach sport-specific skills and strategy.
• Promote academic accountability among athletes.
• Communicate effectively with athletes and families.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
