Qualifications

• Must hold valid Iowa Coaching Authorization or Coaching Endorsement.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorization must remain current.

• Promote academic accountability among student-athletes.
• Model professionalism and positive leadership.

Skills

Knowledge of the sport and coaching principles

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

CPR certification
