Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the varsity girls' lacrosse program.
• Plan and conduct practices, games, and off-season workouts.
• Develop team strategy, conditioning, and player skill development.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and competitive team culture.
• Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and support staff.
• Communicate with players, parents, school administration, and athletic department staff.
• Promote academic success, character development, and leadership among student-athletes.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and athletic association rules and regulations.
• Assist with program promotion, community engagement, and offseason development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, team communication, and program organization.
• Represent the school and athletic program in a professional manner at all times.
