Job summary

This leadership role mentors Universal Bankers and Tellers, guides clients and team members through complex transactions, and champions risk and control while delivering a superior client experience across digital and in-branch channels. The role requires strong sales ability, service focus, and proactive client engagement, including promoting products, educating clients about digital tools, and coordinating with specialists

Qualifications

• 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Experience with face-to-face customer service, digital engagement and basic sales/referrals.
• Open, client service orientation and desire to help customers is required.
• Sales experience desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Basic computer and digital tools skills.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers by modeling service behaviors and mentoring on sales and compliance routines.
• Guide clients and team members in the branch, handling complex transactions and ensuring exceptional client experience.
• Champion risk and control by monitoring operations and ensuring policy compliance.
• Promote products and services, educating clients on digital channels (Online, Mobile, ATM).
• Act as subject matter expert for the branch and adapt to branch coverage needs.
• Continuously learn products and features, maintaining a customer-first culture.
• Resolve account service issues and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Know clients' accounts and business with the bank; exercise sound judgment.
