OVERVIEW:
Supervises and coordinates teller area to ensure quality customer service and effective branch operations in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies, and procedures. Supports and adheres to the Bank's regulatory compliance objectives and implements changes to support prescribed requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma plus specialized course work and training. At least three years’ experience in a teller position with demonstrated supervisory ability. Working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services. Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Able to use various office equipment including computer terminal. Able to work extended or weekend hours.
INDEPENDENT ACTION:
Performs work independently within scope of established guidelines and practices. Consults with manager when clarification or exception to Bank policy may be required.
