GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Lead Cashier (LC) is responsible for the efficiency of guest transactions and maintaining excellence in cashwrap standards, including cleanliness and overall aesthetics. Experienced in cashiering, the LC assists in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates. This position is responsible for driving loyalty results, including credit, through performance, people, and process. The Lead Cashier supports the leadership team with register functions, associate exit inspections, and cashier chat ins/outs, requiring a passion for guest experience, process excellence, and delivering exceptional results by engaging guests on our Loyalty Life Cycle.
