Qualifications

• 2–3 years banking experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• High degree of responsibility and integrity.

Qualifications

Supervise front line staff in all functions associated with the teller line. The position has personal referral and balancing goals as well as the responsibility to ensure all employees reporting to them meet their referral and balancing goals. The Head Telleris responsible for ensuring the entire branch remains in balance and is able to pass any internal or external audits that may take place. The position requires strong sales, service, and leadership skills. The Head Tellerworks with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to develop strategies for reaching all branch goals and coaching and developing branch staff.

• - Meets goals consistently and contributes to the fulfillment of all Connex Credit Union goals
• - Projects a professional and friendly image at all times including a positive attitude, composure and a clear, energetic and welcoming speaking voice

Qualifications and Requirements:
