ADP, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Lead Teacher to create a positive and engaging early childhood learning environment. You will develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and support diverse learners.

This role requires a bachelor's or associate degree or enrollment in a related program, plus 5 years in licensed childcare. A $2,000 hiring bonus is offered for lead positions. Salary: $19.50–$29.00 hourly. On-site position.

Minimum Qualifications Lead Teacher:

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's Degree or enrolled in a degree program leading to Early Childhood Education degree OR a Related field or CDA required
  OR
• 5 years of experience working in a licensed childcare program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project-based learning and lesson planning
• Associates, bachelor's degree or part of a study plan for Early Childhood Education
• 2 years plus experience working with children of any age

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development
