Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work as a team with staff, parents and community resources.
• Ability to supervise preschool children and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, document and implement lesson plans with developmentally appropriate curricula.
• Use assessments to inform planning and improve learning outcomes.
• Maintain attendance, health, nutrition and family engagement records in program software.
• Conduct home visits and parent-teacher conferences as required.
• Follow emergency procedures and conduct drills regularly.
• Maintain safe indoor/outdoor environments and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Family Advocates to obtain required documentation and referrals.
• Promote attendance and full enrollment across the classroom.
• Support parent involvement and maintain open communication with families.
