Job summary

The Maryland Rural Development Corporation seeks a Head Start Teacher to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschoolers (ages 3-5) and develop individualized plans in collaboration with the Site Supervisor and MRDC team.

Responsibilities include portfolio-based progress monitoring, adherence to Head Start standards, family engagement, maintaining a safe classroom, ongoing trainings, and an eleven‑month term with hourly wages of $26.54 to $30.38 depending on education and
