Pathways for Children, Inc. in Beverly, MA is seeking a Head Start Preschool Teacher Floater to support the development of young children in a nurturing classroom.

The role features a 30-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with pay of $19.50 to $25.00 per hour depending on education and experience. Qualificações

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a professional career development plan to obtain EEC Teacher Certification or CDA Certification within 2 years.
• Preferred: CDA, Associates Degree in ECE or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Respond with flexibility to changing work assignments.
• Respect and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide appropriate supervision of children to ensure a healthy, safe and clean learning environment.
• Respond to direction from appropriate supervisory staff.
• Implement activities in the classroom.
• Implement positive guidance strategies consistent with Head Start Behavior Management Plan and related plans in IEP/Head Start Early Support Behavior Plan.
• Attend required meetings and participate in training opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth.
• Perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or management staff.
• Act as a mandated reporter.
