Job summary

The Learning Experience in Franklin, MA is looking for a dependable Floater Teacher to support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as assigned. This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers competitive pay of $21–$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, and opportunities to work across age groups with supportive classroom teams.

Must have Massachusetts EEC certification for the assigned age groups.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required for assigned age groups.
• Previous professional childcare or early childhood experience preferred.
• Comfortable supporting multiple classrooms and age groups.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented.
• Must meet EEC requirements for assigned classroom responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as assigned.
• Maintain appropriate supervision and classroom ratios.
• Assist with LEAP Curriculum activities and classroom routines.
• Support meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, and transitions.
• Engage children through stories, art, music, movement, and play.
• Provide consistent support to Lead Teachers.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
