Child Inc in Austin, Texas is seeking a Head Start Teacher to promote the social, emotional, language and physical development of every child in a nurturing classroom.

You will engage families, implement research-based early childhood practices, and collaborate with a team to ensure readiness for school. This is a 10-month position August–June with comprehensive employer-paid benefits and a tuition program to support ongoing professional growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field with 18+ hours in ECE
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment
• Commitment to successful background checks and E-Verify

• Promote social, emotional, language, and physical development of each child in a safe, supervised classroom.
• Involve parents in program activities and establish goals for readiness outcomes.
