Acelero Learning Delaware is seeking an Early Head Start Teacher to nurture infants and toddlers in a warm, responsive classroom. You will implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum and partner with families to support each child’s learning and well-being.

Qualifications

• Infant/Toddler CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education required.
• Physical exam and background check required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage with infants/toddlers.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, responsive classroom that promotes healthy growth, exploration, and secure attachments.
• Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and language development.
• Build strong family partnerships by conducting home visits and parent-teacher conferences.
• Support individualized learning by integrating IFSPs into daily activities.
• Track progress using observations and notes to tailor instruction.
• Ensure health, safety, and wellness through daily routines.
