Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring an experienced School Readiness Coach in Irvine, KY to support Head Start programs. The role focuses on CLASS Instructional Strategies and implementing Practice Based Coaching with staff to improve assessment data and readiness outcomes.

The position requires a 4-year degree (master's preferred) in early childhood education or related field, plus 5+ years of experience and knowledge of Kentucky Head Start standards. Strong data skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development; IECE teaching certification preferred.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in early childhood education.
• Knowledge of Kentucky licensing regulations, Head Start standards, KY ALL STARS and NAEYC accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure program compliance and implement the coaching plan.
• Provide hands-on guidance and teaching instruction to improve child assessment outcomes.
• Deliver training and technical assistance on child development best practices.
