Job summary

This role involves implementing coaching strategies and providing training to staff based on research-based practices aimed at enhancing child development and readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in early childhood education.
• Knowledge of Kentucky licensing regulations.
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure program compliance with Head Start guidelines.
• Provide training and technical assistance in child development best practices.
• Implement and oversee the Council's research-based coaching plan.
