• Assist with PBIS and social emotional instruction.
• Adhere to coaching plans for teachers.
• Review assessments to tailor coaching levels.
• Receive training and maintain reliability for observation tools.
• Develop and monitor individual coaching plans with goals.
• Review coaching goals with Supervisors and report progress.
• Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and director.
