Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. (CAPBM) is hiring a Head Start Assistant Teacher for the 2023-24 school year in Concord, NH.
This full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday–Friday) supports preschoolers' cognitive, social, and emotional development under the Lead Teacher. You will assist in planning daily activities, engage with children and families, and help maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment while adhering to NH childcare licensing requirements.

Salary Description: $17.75-$22.49, based on level of education and relative work experience

As the Assistant Teacher, you’ll play an essential role in providing all aspects of a quality child development program with emphasis on the cognitive, social and emotional development of preschool-aged children. Your day will involve:
