Job summary

Minnesota Valley Action Council (MVAC) is seeking a Head Start Aide to support classroom operations for preschool children in New Ulm, MN. Responsibilities include assisting with curriculum, meal services, and safe bus-related supervision where provided, under Head Start standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience with preschoolers, strong communication and organization skills, and may have bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily classroom learning environment and curriculum implementation as directed by the Teacher.
• Provide food service and transportation support for children if provided.
• Ensure compliance with MVAC policies and Head Start standards in all activities.
