Aides assist with classroom operations including the planning and implementation of activities, maintaining the classroom environment, meal preparations and supervision of children. Where offered, assist children on and off the bus, maintaining orderly conduct while bus is in transit. Must abide by Head Start Performance Standards to support the child's development and school readiness. Work as a team member to support child and family needs and to develop child educational and family goals.
