Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual skills, especially Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the assigned teacher and family advocates to support students.
• Help create and maintain a safe, healthy classroom environment.
• Prepare and execute weekly, intentional lesson plans.
• Provide warm, high‑quality interactions with students in classroom and outdoor settings.
• Assist with developmental screenings and track progress in the program database.
• Maintain online portfolios and conduct home visits with parents.
• Participate in evening parent activities and adult conferences.
• Engage parents in classroom activities and professional development as needed.
• Obtain/maintain WV ECCAT Authorization within three years as required.
