Job summary

CREOKS Health Services in Oklahoma is seeking a Play Enrichment Program-Head Start Therapist to deliver clinical services including intake, screening, referrals, case management, and psychotherapy within Head Start.

You will conduct classroom consultations, maintain compliant records, attend case conferences, and provide direct services to a full caseload while promoting trauma-informed, culturally competent care and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Valid Oklahoma license or license eligible to practice psychotherapy.
• Knowledge of developmental stages and treatment modalities (individual, group, family).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Specialized training in play therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including intake, screening, referrals, case management, and psychotherapy for Head Start.
• Classroom consultation and observations with Head Start staff.
• Maintain the clinical records system per ODMHSAS, OHCA and CREOKS policies.
• Attend and present cases in case conferences; maintain trauma-informed, culturally competent care.
• Maintain daily billing and a full caseload; complete daily billing and documentation.
• Provide direct services to clients (full-time staff) and be accessible for consultation.
