Job summary

Family & Children's Place is seeking a leader to manage the Louisville Head Start Home-Based Program and drive outcomes aligned with Head Start standards. You will supervise Home Visitors, support staff development, and coordinate family engagement across partner agencies.

The role requires a minimum of a 4-year degree with at least three years in related fields, plus strong data skills and a collaborative approach to program improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum three years in early childhood education, family services, or home visiting.
• Head Start program experience and federal regulation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Head Start Home-Based Program.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.
• Monitor, review, and improve program goals and outcomes.
• Supervise Home Visitors with coaching and evaluations.
• Coordinate family engagement and partnerships with community providers.
