FM Talent Source seeks an experienced Lead Program Specialist to support the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Head Start.

The role requires strategic grants management, program oversight, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement across Head Start and Early Head Start programs nationwide. The position is high-impact and client-facing, with onsite work at regional offices and potential telework flexibility.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience supporting early childhood programs (Head Start preferred).
• Experience with federal grants management, lifecycle administration, program oversight, monitoring, and compliance.

Mansioni

• Support end-to-end administration of federal grants, including application review, award processing, and post-award activities.
• Coordinate with grant recipients to resolve issues and finalize documentation.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of grant recipient performance and analyze program data for risks and compliance.
• Provide technical assistance to improve performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support regional offices in managing grant portfolios and contribute to national initiatives.
