Job summary

BCT Partners LLC is seeking qualified candidates for roles within Head Start program management and grants oversight in the Denver area. The position focuses on assessing applications, guiding recipients, and ensuring compliance with federal requirements.

Ideal candidates have a background in education or related fields, with at least three years of relevant experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in program management or education-related grants.
• Experience reviewing applications, reports, and data; ability to interpret guidance.
• Knowledge of federal grant guidelines and lifecycle is desirable.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze funding applications for compliance and quality within timelines.
• Review recipient program performance reports and incident/complaint data.
• Provide regulatory and policy guidance to Head Start recipients in coordination with federal staff.
• Coordinate with RPM, SPS, and Grants staff on recipient case work.
• Support annual site visits and five-year monitoring cycles for grant oversight.
