Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 credit hours completed in Human Services, Early Childhood Education/Development, Social Work or related field.
• One year of experience in the Human Services field.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in identifying barriers and providing resources.
• Enroll and register participants for the Head Start program.
• Perform data entry and monitor participant files.
• Obtain mandated screenings and assessments for participants.
• Provide classroom support on site as assigned.
• Conduct home visits as assigned.
• Facilitate monthly Parent Committee Meetings at site locations.
• Engage parents in Parent Curriculum, Policy Council and other opportunities.
• Maintain accurate service records using applicable software.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start and other regulations for early childhood programming.
