Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory/coaching experience in early childhood education.
• Head Start experience preferred and CLASS reliability required.
• Experience with Special Education/Inclusion preferred.
• Background in early childhood program leadership and curriculum practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group support for education leads in implementing educational initiatives and coaching.
• Communicates and collaborates with leadership and partners to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Mentors and coaches the educational team.
• Plans and delivers comprehensive professional development for education staff.
• Oversees compliance with Head Start standards, licensing, and state requirements.
• Coordinates with program leadership to support children with atypical needs and family education.
