The Y in Central Maryland seeks an Early Learning Coach for the Baltimore County Early Head Start program. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience with young children, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development is preferred. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with infants, toddlers and two-year-olds.
• CPR and First Aid certification must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly classroom observations in each center.
• Provide feedback to Teachers and Zone Managers.
• Monitor curriculum implementation and quality.
