Job summary

Clayton Early Learning seeks an Intervention Specialist to coordinate disability services for 3- to 5-year-olds in Head Start. You will oversee assessments, IEP implementation, and referrals, acting as a liaison with families and external agencies.

Strong collaboration and compliance with Head Start standards are essential. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience; Head Start/IEP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Services, Early Childhood Education, Special Education or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience working with young children (3–5) including those with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Head Start/IEP experience and collaboration with families and partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support disability assessments and related services for Head Start students.
• Implement and monitor IEPs, align goals with lessons and classroom setup.
• Educate families about IEPs and connect them with resources and services.
• Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with Head Start requirements.
