Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc. is recruiting a Center Manager for the Ada Head Start center in Ada, MN.

The role oversees program operations, staff supervision, and coordination with regional Head Start and partner agencies to ensure quality services for children and families. The successful candidate will lead planning and evaluation, maintain compliance with Head Start standards, manage budgets, and foster community relationships while supporting parental involvement and ongoing staff

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for Head Start Center operations.
• Coordinate planning, evaluation, and community partnerships to meet program goals.
• Develop budgets, administer fiscal procedures, and oversee procurement and inventory.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure staff training.
