Job summary

Community Council Of Idaho Inc is seeking an Experienced Center Administrator to lead a Twin Falls Head Start center, ensuring compliance with educational and safety standards. You will manage daily operations, oversee staff, recruit families, and maintain robust community linkages.

The role requires an associate degree in ECE or related field (or 3–5 years supervisory experience) and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in early childhood education or related field, or 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in an organizational setting.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English/Spanish in a business setting.
• Current driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass background checks, TB clearance, pediatric first aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and plan center operations to ensure Head Start standards and policy compliance.
• Direct oversight of the center and lead administrator responsibilities.
• Oversee daily center operations and budgetary planning; recruit children and families.
• Manage data on enrolled children and families; oversee CACFP and case management.
