Lake Washington School District is seeking a Headstart Coordinator for Old Redmond School House to lead the delivery of Head Start services and provide leadership and logistical support for the center and staff. Standards include 2 years of paid experience in a multi-disciplinary program serving children and/or families and a master's degree in any field.

Substitutions: 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.

Qualifications

• 2 years paid experience in a multi-disciplinary program serving children and/or families or a comprehensive early childhood program.
• Master's degree in any field required.
• Allowance for substituting 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Head Start services and lead center staff.
• Ensure program compliance and family engagement.
