Qualifications

• CDA required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications, Adult and Pediatric.
• Current Child Development Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and adherence to licensing standards.
• Assist with daily educational activities and parent communication.
• Support Head Start Teacher with scheduling and organizing materials.
• Coordinate classroom volunteers and background checks.
• Assist with health and development assessments.
• Prepare and organize lesson plans and documentation.
