Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to direct the efficient operation of food production areas. You will work with the Executive Chef to supervise preparation, ensure safety, cleanliness, and cost control while maintaining high standards of quality.

You will lead a team, manage menus for staff dining, and coordinate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive hotel F&B experience; or a Culinary Degree with 2+ years progressive F&B experience.
• Experience in high-volume catering with top hotel brands and fine dining.
• Proven leadership and teamwork with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise efficient operation of food production areas.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef on recipes and menus and maintain standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation and safety in kitchen, work and storage areas.
• Maintain monthly food cost budget and control waste.
• Oversee menu creation for staff restaurant and ensure high-quality products.
• Promote teamwork across Kitchen and other departments and support hotel initiatives.
