Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coach student-athletes, including training, evaluating performance and providing leadership.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies compliant with NCAA/SIAC rules.
• Plan conditioning for pre-season, in-season, post-season and off-season.
• Manage administrative duties and deadlines related to the program.
• Maintain academic progress monitoring and eligibility compliance.
• Coordinate fundraising activities and outreach for the softball program.
• Represent the university at meetings and campus events.
• Work evenings and weekends as required.
