Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read production schedules in English.

• Ability to read tape measure, blueprint templates and level.

• Read and interpret production schedule to meet contour head needs.
• Set up a head per product specification template.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to housekeeping standards.
• Follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures and safety protocols.
• Select and use hand tools; replace hardware on heads and assemble tooling boxes.
• Complete head setup logs and document accordingly.
• Assist packaging department during breaks or absences as needed.

Always moving forward! > IN THE NEWSA Converting Head Setup must be proficient in reading and interpreting product blueprints to accurately set up heads for use on contour lines, ensuring the production of high-quality products. Responsibilities include safely placing heads onto the production line, performing routine cleaning and maintenance using the appropriate tools, and accurately completing all required maintenance documentation. They are also expected to read and follow the production schedule, preparing heads in advance to meet production demands. In addition, this role supports the packaging department by providing coverage during breaks or absences.
