Qualifications

• 2 years in a school food service setting preferred.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly.
• Able to follow directions and lead a small team.
• Strong communication with staff and client.
• Ability to follow both spoken and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of meals using standardized recipes.
• Ensure meals meet quality standards and are prepared within time limits.
• Direct and supervise food service staff and substitutes during meal service.
• Prepare items for regular and a la carte lines.
• Lead and train a small staff with clear direction.
