Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an expert in Siemens NX CAM with 5+ years of experience to lead our CAD-to-CAM team and establish the programming standard for automated 5-axis CNC cells.

You will program complex aerospace and defense parts, mentor programmers, and coordinate with tooling, post-processor teams, and automation engineers to optimize lights-out production. This role requires US work eligibility and onsite presence in Austin, TX.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Siemens NX CAM.
• Experience as NX applications engineer at a reseller, machine tool builder, or aerospace shop is a plus.
• Proven ability to train programmers, define processes, and build probing stacks for lights-out production.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CAD-to-CAM team and build programming standard for automated 5-axis CNC cells.
• Program complex aerospace/defense parts (titanium, Inconel, aluminum).

Position Summary

We need an expert in Siemens NX CAM with 5+ years of experience — ideally someone who has worked as an NX applications engineer at a reseller, machine tool builder, or large aerospace shop — who can lead our CAD-to-CAM team and build the programming standard from scratch for our automated 5-axis CNC cells. You should be comfortable programming complex aerospace and defense parts yourself (titanium, Inconel, aluminum) and have a track record of training programmers, defining processes, and building probing stacks for lights-out production. Bonus points if you've managed a machine shop or programming team and have hands‑on experience with post processors in NX Post Builder or Post Configurator.

We are a small team with momentum and resources. You'll work directly with the Automation Engineer on tooling/workholding/pallet strategy and with software engineers who automate CAM workflows. It's a deeply integrated environment.
