Job summary

TREATT NORTH AMERICA is seeking a Lead Production Planner to own the short- to mid-term production plan for the North American operation. You will balance customer service, inventory, capacity, labor, and cost while leading the Production Planning Team and partnering with Global Demand and Planning to strengthen S&OP and drive planning improvements.

• Translate forecasts and orders into executable production plans.
• Monitor execution and drive corrective actions for on-time delivery.
• Develop capacity plans and optimize inventory across roles and SKUs.
• Represent planning in S&OP and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
