Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant coaching experience.

• Familiarity with NCAA Division III rules and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Men’s and Women’s Powerlifting programs, including recruitment, scheduling, budgeting, and travel.
• Supervise assistant coaches; provide orientation, training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA rules and conference policies; report violations as needed.
• Plan, implement and assess practice sessions; develop game plans and athlete development strategies.
• Monitor student‑athlete academic progress and promote rigorous academic achievement.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and inventory; oversee safety standards and inspections.
• Foster positive relations with alumni, donors, and the university community.
