SpaceXAI is seeking a strategic Lead of Yield Management to oversee the yield strategy and optimization for the X advertising platform. You will shape vision, frameworks, and execution to maximize inventory utilization and long-term revenue performance at scale.

In this role, you will lead KPI dashboards, collaborate with Ads Engineering, Sales, and Product, and implement scalable processes for real-time inventory optimization, CPM floors, and pricing dynamics while guiding a high-impact team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in yield management or monetization across large-scale ad platforms.
• Proven ability to scale yield frameworks and drive revenue impact.
• Strong analytics, forecasting, and KPI optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of yield management frameworks and predictive models.
• Define and monitor core yield KPIs across placements and formats.
• Analyze inventory supply against audience dimensions to identify opportunities.
• Optimize inventory allocation across direct sales, self-serve, and DSPs.
• Collaborate with Ads Engineering to implement real-time optimization controls.
• Provide data-driven insights on inventory health and pricing strategies.
